Backstrap BBQ deer

Well I usually fry this delicious cut of venison, but decided to grill one in my dry rub and made some sauce to compliment the dish. It was consumed by 15 guest along with beans & rice. I want to have a Cyclone Mustang BBQ on the Bay Wall & am practicing the gig! The "backstrap" was marinated over night in

Teriyaki & Lee & Perrin's with Louisana "Hot Sauce" & minced garlic.

Our "Cyclone Mustangs" group could not get more than 6 Cyclone's to attend in Humble,Tx. LPF hosted the no-show event. I guess a BBQ on San Antonio Bay is out of the question!
