I sometimes like use a glaze of 1tbsp of brown sugar, 2 tbsp of spicy brown mustard and 2 tbsp (who are we kidding, a strong pour) of bourbon.  Yummy but you have to manage fire on the grill to not scortch it.  Great on pork, chicken or beef.

My dinner a couple weeks ago. Found a recipe for a coffee rub on steak. Very good on a ribeye.

My latest "Pork fried rice", Your coffee rub is "right on" for a steak. Your baked potato "stuffed" is one of my favorites as well. BBQ and grilling is challenging & fun with an adult beverage.
