Erm... I think my airbox is broken...

Recommended Posts

I found this the other day... I have absolutely no idea how it happened. Appears the clamps are missing too... Does anyone know if you can buy the missing part separately? It's like $150 for a new factory intake. I'd prefer not to go to a cold air either...

Troll? Also this is probably why your car is running shitty.

I don't think it would change anything tho. This is before every sensor... so sure dirty air aint great, but it wouldn't be throwing off anything.

I still don't understand your reasoning for not getting a CAI? I think it was you where worried about water getting on the filter? I really honestly think you have the same chance of splash getting to the filter in the stock box vs a CAI. To get water from under the car to hit a CAI, you basically have to be driving through a river, and if you get it coming through the grill, well it will go through the air duct to the stock box's filter the same as it would to a CAI. I say buy a CAI already!

Well other than being concerned about water, the one I want is the Steeda unit for $400USD...

I'd much rather put that money towards Hoosiers, MCS coilovers, etc etc etc

Check your blinker fluid.

Mine was low last week... Pretty annoying to fill it too

And super expensive especially for the Canadian approved shit. Although it's probably maple syrup, hell that's probably the spec for all fluids in Canada.
