Years ago I saw that manifold on a pre production engine and I knew it needed to go on a 3.7

Any chance you can measure the entire height of the manifold? How much did this little endeavor set you back if you don't mind my asking?

Haha. Fair enough. I'm sure you'll have to do some quality assurance checks and all that, along with data logging to get it dialed in but, I'm sure many people are anxious to hear your impression and see the results of the intake.

Well I cautiously drove it around the block and the it was a docile as could be. Idles perfect. Gt throttle body works perfect. I have some exhaust leaks but thats nothing. At least now I can go to work for two weeks knowing it works. Ill have to figure out how to get a video on the site.

It throws no codes but has a bit of a hesitation when flipping the throttle. Bottom line it works. How well is yet to be decided but mounted to a turbo it will look amazing.

A shit load of trial and error and thinking way out of the box. I want to make another version that will be much easier to duplicate.

I'm assuming the hesitation is a combination of the GT throttle body combined with the fuel trims being a little wacky for that setup. Sounds like a tune should square that away. Too bad this doesn't fit under a stock hood. But if there is power to be made, even N/A, I'm on board.

But besides the manifold you used a spacer plate with what injectors?

Will a stock TB work?

Coolant crossover?

Stock injectors. Injector bungs welded into the eco boost manifold. Yes a stock tb will work but you have to adapt it so I figured why not use a gt one since I was having to fit it anyways.

F150 coolant pipe but you need ti located two new bolt holes one hits a water jacket

Way back when I was in a stock 3.7 andd in neutral it sort of reved the same way, mine is juat a bit worse.

There are some small details I need to work out. Like the manifold evacuate thingy. Better vacuum lines and I need a braided 1/2 " fuel line. I would like aome fuel rails made up.
