Nice color! It took a bit but I'm definitely warming up to the S550 style. Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk
  4. Happy Thanksgiving

Hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving with family & friends.
  5. Music That Trips Your Trigger

While visiting my folks over Thanksgiving I saw Jimmy Thackery at Pearl Street Warehouse at the Wharf in Washington DC. Great rockin'/blues show, mostly instrumental, which is somewhat unique. Good times.
  6. Stahlbus Oil Drain Valve

Changed the oil over the weekend and finally used the Stahlbus Oil Drain Valve. I was able to drain the oil into two empty gallon water jugs easily and without a mess. Highly recommended, makes changing your oil cleanly a snap. I prefer it to the Fumoto/Qwik valve because it looks cleaner. For the fill I used Mobil 1 Extended Performance, had it delivered from Amazon. a good price (almost half the cost of Penzoil Ultra Platinum) and convenient. Matched the oil up with a Fram Pro Synthetic FPS10575 oil filter. My round trip commute went from 65 miles to 20 miles with the new gig I started last March. It.'s nice not to be putting so many miles on the car.

  9. Direct trade offer in the air

Say what? What about Mustang owners who add a blower and other performance mods, are they doing so to stroke their egos too? That statement makes you sound butt hurt Grim, but i know that's not the case. I like all or most sports/muscle cars. Corvettes are cool and always have been in my book, except for that period in the 80's when every car had less that 200 hp. i had a Nova with a 350 small block in HS. That car ran & ran without any issues & had good power. Chevy makes good stuff, and their competition with ford makes both better car makers & ups the performance ante for their offerings. Good luck Nick. Oh yeah, Oakley's are the bomb for bicycle riding......
  10. BAD news for Nick...

Driving the hwys I've picked up some gravel chips, and found Dr Color chip works fairly well. Deep chips may need a few coats, but when completed the paint matches well and the chips are difficult to spot. Just take your time and do one small area at a time. There are several YouTube videos that provide good demonstrations. Good luck with the surgery and the touch up! Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk

  13. Music That Trips Your Trigger

Awesome, I've always liked music. Even played trombone in grade school and middle school. Have fun with it Grim! Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk
