Was a wonderful night for racing so I thought I'd start off this thread with a sub-14 second pass! (LOL)

DA started at -7 at just got better from there. Was manually shifting 1-2-3 and had 4 runs with a sub 2.04 60' time but had trouble hitting the limiter on the 1-2 shift most of the night (but all 7 passes were 13.38 or better). Also ran 13.270 @ 105.05 at -7 DA.

I tried manually shifting too, got the same times as using drive

Nice Livewire! Holy crap, I can't even imagine what I would do with a -513 DA!!! :shock:

 

As soon as we get the sheet online I will add your time. We are working diligently in the background to get it up ASAP and it looks very close.

I ran it in drive on 3 runs, never bested 13.33. On this pass I even hit the limiter on the 1-2 but still came out with a good time.  If I can get the stars to align and get my best 60' to go with perfect 1-2 shift I'd be really happy.

 

Don't have any traction problems so long as I keep it under 1200rpm at the light.

 

This all has me rethinking a stall and ported intakes...

Here is the slip from my 12.60 pass.  Also looking at the mod list of my car on the spread sheet I now have UPR LCA's and this pass was made on MT ET Street drag radials.

Probably so!

 

I think the drop is MPH can be attributed to the 1.5 inch taller tires which killed some of my gearing and the slightly higher DA.

My race weight with the drag radials was 3,555, 30 pounds higher than the 3,525 with the bias ply tires.  The date of my pass is listed as 10/18/03, as in 10 years ago.  It seems like it was only yesterday, LOL!!
